Welcome to Amapola Healing. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and limitations regarding your use of this website and the services provided by Amapola Healing. By accessing this site or booking a service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Amapola Healing is operated by Mariska de Visser, based in the Netherlands. Services offered include (but are not limited to): coaching sessions, Human Design readings, Reiki treatments, group ceremonies, and related products and offerings (such as meditations, events, and downloadable materials).

2. Services & Offerings

All services are intended for personal growth, wellness, and spiritual exploration. They do not substitute for professional mental health care, medical care, or legal advice. Participation in any offering is voluntary and at your own discretion.

You must be 18 years or older to book sessions or participate in events unless given express written permission by a parent or guardian.

3. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made through the official booking system, email, or directly via Instagram DMs.

• Payment is required to confirm your session or reserve your spot at an event.

• Accepted payment methods will be communicated upon booking (e.g., bank transfer, payment link, etc.).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Individual Sessions:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be rescheduled at no cost.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Events & Ceremonies:

• Event bookings are non-refundable due to limited spots and preparation involved.

• You may transfer your spot to someone else with prior approval.

• If Amapola Healing cancels the event, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal information shared during sessions is kept confidential and handled with respect and care. You may view the full Privacy Policy.

Recordings of sessions (if offered) will only be made with your consent.

6. Health Disclaimer

The services provided by Amapola Healing are not a replacement for therapy, medical treatment, or emergency intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical attention, please contact a licensed professional.

Cacao ceremonies involve the consumption of ceremonial cacao. It is your responsibility to notify the facilitator of any health conditions, medications, or sensitivities prior to attending.

All content on this website, including text, images, meditations, workbooks, and recordings, is the intellectual property of Amapola Healing and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
